If you then click on the recorded item directly in the track, the MIDI editor should show up.

Oh, I always play my parts in with my keyboard, then go back and tweak if/as needed. Go back a page or so. Did you see about the notation editor?

Baby steps here Boot. I have found the notation editor but not much on it. I will work on that a bit more tomorrow. Many thanks for your bottomless patience with a stick in the mud notation user.

Wait, does a Mac even have a 2-button mouse?! I was under the impression that Jobs exterminated all 2-buttoned rodents while he was still in this mortal coil. Or am I misinformed / horribly outdated?
